We are delighted to welcome Nathan and Chloe, who have joined us as Mechanical Engineering Apprentices. Both Nathan (age 20 years) and Chloe (age 16 years) will be attending college on block release plus spending time with our own engineers to achieve Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering. During their three year apprenticeship, they will spend time in a many different engineering sections plus time at college to gain valuable work experience. Velden value their apprenticeship scheme highly, 20% of the current workforce has come through the scheme and we appreciate the value of nurturing young talent and ensuring essential engineering skills are not lost. We are looking forward to supporting, developing and working with Nathan and Chloe and wish them every success on their Velden journey.
