Laser Cutting & Sheet Metal

FULLY AUTOMATED LASER CUTTING + FOLDING FOR SHEET METAL & FABRICATED PROFILES.

Laser cutting allows precision cutting of even the most complex parts without contamination or material loss and without compromising the finish of the material. The high purity of the cut also ensures that edges remain smooth so no further finishing is required. By using the most modern technology including 3D and CNC control, precision cutting up to 0.1mm can be achieved.

We can offer a cut sheet to a maximum size of 3m x 1.5m in

PRECISION CUTTING SERVICE FOR COMPLEX SHAPES

More than just a profile cutter, we can create 3D intricate shapes with clean edges and a smooth finish in a broad spectrum of materials and dimensions. Quick to set up and without expensive fixtures or tooling, we can offer an extremely competitive service for prototype to volume production.

In addition to machining, we are able to offer a full assembly and complete product build service to customer specification. With a dedicated build area, a 5T crane plus static balancing, we are fully capable of assembling large product builds or smaller sub-assemblies. Liquid ring pumps, land fill pumps, ejector assemblies and terminal insulated assemblies are just some of the products we have assembled.
